Notice of Cancellation
RFP No. 2026‑01 – Information Technology Services and Management
This notice is to inform all interested parties that RFP No. 2026‑01, Information Technology Services and Management, is hereby cancelled.
Pursuant to Section 2.5 (RFP Postponement / Cancellation) of the Request for Proposals, the MPO reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any or all proposals, waive minor irregularities, postpone or cancel the RFP process at any time, or re‑issue the RFP. In accordance with this provision, the MPO has elected to cancel this RFP.
This cancellation is effective immediately. The MPO is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this solicitation and is not responsible for any costs incurred by respondents in preparation or submission of proposals.
The MPO will issue a revised RFP for these services at a later date.
